Our Basic Gymnastics classes are conducted by Demet Tetik Ongun, a former National Team Coach of the Gymnastics Federation, and her team. These expert instructors offer a high-quality and effective training process.
Our classes are divided into two main categories: Basic Gymnastics and Stretching. In Basic Gymnastics, the rhythmic gymnastics curriculum is taught to girls aged 4 to 14. This curriculum aims to develop children’s coordination, balance, and rhythm skills. Stretching classes, offered to both boys and girls, focus on strength, power, and flexibility. These classes are designed to enhance athletes’ physical abilities and help them become more in tune with their bodies.
Classes can start from the age of 4, and there is no age limit, allowing individuals of all ages to participate and develop their gymnastics skills at their own pace and level.
